We know that the Early Years is a vitally important foundation in your child’s future physical and emotional health. At Sticky Fingers we want to give all the children every possible chance to develop fully and enjoy their childhood. When they leave our nursery, we want them to be confident and happy and use the fun, play, social and educational opportunities they have experienced as a foundation to their future development.
We do this by providing a fun stimulating environment with an experienced, caring and dedicated team of people who want to help achieve our shared goals. We support our staff team with any training necessary to achieve this and stay aware of any developments within the industry that may improve our practice and facilities. Our team is very important to us and we are like one big family sharing ideas, knowledge and responsibility for the welfare of the children in our care.
We work closely with parents to try and assist them to raise their children in a manner that they would wish and that is socially acceptable to the community they live in. We also work closely with the local schools to help the children integrate into the educational system by holding induction days prior to leaving us at 5 years.
We are proud of our Nursery and the quality service we can provide, and we aim to raise the level of good quality childcare in North Cornwall.
